What is your background?

I have over 10 years' experience working as a press and public relations photographer in Cardiff, South Wales - originally starting as a photographer on the Pontyrpidd Observer in 2004. In 2010 I joined the Western Mail, South Wales Echo and WalesOnline in Cardiff. I left as a senior photographer in 2014 and now work for clients across the UK ranging from PR companies to Universities and national newspapers and agencies.

Do you work from a studio?

I have access to a full size studio based in Cardiff, Wales. For most assignments I can work at your office using a mobile studio - similar to the one pictured here.

What kind of work do you do?

My day-to-day work is for PR and marketing departments - providing creative images ranging from simple headshots and portraits to creative imagery for press releases and marketing campaigns. I work with a mobile studio using professional lighting that I am able to bring to your location. In addition to my day-to-day work I am also regularly commissioned for conferences, award ceremonies, red carpet events and editorial assignments for newspapers and magazines.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I have worldwide public and products liability insurance up to £2,000,000. You  can view my insurance certificate here.

How soon will I receive the pictures?

For event and conference photography pictures can be supplied almost immediately using wifi enabled cameras. Images taken are delivered from the camera straight to a Dropbox for use on social media allowing you to reach a global audience within seconds.  For less time sensetive comissions, images will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered by Dropbox and/or WeTransfer. If you'd like images delivered on physical media then I can accommodate this for a small fee. You can read more about how images can be delivered instantly here.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure a booking?

No, a deposit is not required.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via BACS, debit or credit card (including American Express) or via cheque. Payment is due 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Further details on making payments can be viewed here.
